Agreement

By downloading or using Wiggle you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app alongside these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wiggle on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.

Subscriptions

Wiggle Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (for example yearly with a 7-day free trial, or weekly). Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Not medical advice

Wiggle is a counting and timing tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or monitor your baby's health, and it does not replace your midwife, doctor or maternity unit. A kick count or a 5-1-1 signal is information, not a decision. If your baby moves less than usual, if your waters break, if you bleed, or if anything worries you, call your midwife or maternity unit or your local emergency number right away, without waiting for the app.

Your content

What you create in Wiggle is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its purchase system.

No warranty, limited liability

Wiggle is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data.
